No problem with the bushings. I have a 2000 Sambar a TT2 not a KS4. It is the next 6th generation (1999-2012). I did install the left speaker and it went fairly well. I will install the right speaker in the coming days. The main comment that I would state for the moment is that the kit is kind of limited to one type of speakers as you recommend the Kickers. I did install some Rockford Fosgate and I had to shave the interior of the parts to help the speakers fit in your kit. On top of that I had to use rubber spacers because the speakers were not seating on your bracket. There is a 1/8 inch space but when the door is closed you don't see the space. So I am good with the installation and it is neat and solid. The right speaker might be different. I can keep you updated if you wish when the job is done. I think you will have to do a new kit for the 6th generation as they will become more current : many states (USA) and provinces (Canada) now permit 25 years old Sambars which are of the 6th generation.
